I have done done two cooks so far, beer chicken at medium heat which was really good and a long and slow smoked pork sholder again first class.
I haven’t managed to get the heat above 250 degrees yet while experimenting so will be looking at that for the weekend to try out the pizza stone.
Only minor or recommendation would be a pictorial guide for the trolly however if you are only slightly practical minded you should still mange and get a good night sleep before trying to lift it into the trolly as it is heavy, defiantly a two person job as recommended. Read Less

– temperature gauge underreads a lot (but most bbq gauges are inaccurate). I use an electronic gauge with probes to overcome this. Read Less

all working properly, and there was a part (we think the ash collector?) that wasn’t outlined in the instruction booklet so we’re not certain we’ve got that bit right. A great kamado and will be even better if the supporting material is even clearer and more thorough. Read Less
